• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing or stock errors

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (except COD orders where applicable)

Accepted payment methods may include cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and COD (if offered).

5. Orders & Acceptance

We reserve the right to:

• Accept or reject any order

• Limit quantities per customer

• Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by courier delays or events beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

8. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order décor items:

• Cannot be cancelled once production begins

• Are non-returnable unless damaged or defective

• May have lon
