Return & Refund Policy – Home Décor Items

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible home décor items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging with tags and labels intact

  • Accompanied by the invoice/order confirmation

  • Not listed under non-returnable items

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Personalized décor items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Used, damaged, or altered products

  • Fragile items damaged due to misuse after delivery

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos and an unboxing video (if available)

  • Email details to: [your support email]

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number

  2. Provide reason for return with photos (if applicable)

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

  4. Pack the item securely and hand it over to the pickup partner (or self-ship if pickup is unavailable)

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after the returned item passes quality inspection.

Refund methods:

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method

  • COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer/UPI

Refund Timeline

  • Inspection & approval: 2–4 business days after receipt

  • Refund processing: 5–7 business days

  • Bank/Payment provider credit time may vary

Replacement Policy

We offer replacements instead of refunds where possible for:

  • Damaged items

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Wrong product delivered

Replacement delivery timelines are similar to standard shipping.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled:

  • Before dispatch — Full refund

  • After dispatch — Cancellation not allowed; return policy applies after delivery.

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production begins.
