Shipping Policy – Home Décor Items

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom-made or made-to-order décor items may require 5–14 business days for preparation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. Customers will be informed in case of significant delays.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India (and/or specify regions if limited). For international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Product size and weight

  • Delivery location

  • Order value

Shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. We may offer free shipping on select products or promotional orders.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days

  • Remote areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment status.

Packaging

We take extra care in packaging home décor items using protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items are specially packed.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the package and product

  • Contact: [your email / phone number]

We will arrange a replacement or resolution after verification.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur re-shipping charges.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.

Delays Beyond Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Transport strikes

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier service issues

However, we will assist in tracking and resolving shipment issues.
